A slang term for a group of buddies heading over to the house of one of their buddies to play the Nintendo Wii.

Washington insider speak for taking an issue and "gaming" it with spin for no other reason than to stir things up and make the opposition get pissed off. Taken from the interactive video game "Wii". (Often misspelled "wee-wee'd up).

Reporter: Is it true you've dumped the public option from your healthcare reform?

President: “No. There's just something about August going into September -- where everybody in Washington gets all wii-wii'd up.”
