Whalicorn
The proper name for narwhals, which makes perfect logic sense considering they are part whale, and part unicorn. In general, whalicorn just sounds cooler.

A genre used to describe Mastodon's 2004 concept album, Leviathan, which is based on the story of Moby Dick.
Frustrated that they were unable to fit the album into existing genres, fans of the band coined the term to point out the inherent humor in dedicating a full-length metal album to the topic of a whale. Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
