A Wesley C. is important within the NEW definition of the Picard.
A Wesley C. does not have or never had sexual intercourse on or in or under the Enterprise.
The Picard is a single, tiny piece of grain which wandered the intestines of the body and came out undamaged along with digested food out of an asshole.
The more it is the Picard the more it is on top of the shit.
If a Picard is only more than 50% on the side of an object which is shit it is not called a Picard.
