A Cape Tonian colloquial phrase used to tease or boast in a somewhat malicious manner, similar to In your face, often used by children on the school playground

Warren: "I have chokers and survivors (peanut butter and jam) for lunch."
Bianca: "I have chicken and mayo"
Suzanne: "You guys suck! I have a burger for lunch! Wela-kapela!"
