This word is commonly used when WarGaming either releases a poor update, it's gameplay is being disadvantaging to you, is completely ruining your game, a mechanic that even if normal is completely unacceptable by you or WarGaming being controversial once more.

Player 2: "I just got WEEGEE'D! THEY NERFED THE Ship/Plane/Tank I PAYED FOR! UNACCEPTABLE!"
