A law enforcement officer with a SHAVED HEAD, operating outside the purview of the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION being an unprofessional punk ass bully, a la NAZI SS TROOPS and BROWN SHIRTS, acting tough as if immortal under the auspice of cop unions and brain-washed sympathetic juries, with impunity from prosecution on charges from BRUTALITY to MURDER.

I wonder if them two (out of six) WAXHEAD Fullerton cops are going to get acquitted for murdering Kelly Thomas.
