Wattpad bully (f) 

A girl who's unnecessarily mean to the female main character of a Wattpad story.

She wears flawless makeup, carries a Starbucks order that takes longer to say than her hair takes to do, and keeps the other hand on her hip at all times. Typically, her popularity is implied by the two other popular girls who follow her wherever she goes and back up everything she says, even though she's not always that popular.

About 30% of the time, by around chapter 20 of the Wattpad story, she'll be revealed to have at least one abusive parent and some kind of past trauma. When this happens, the female main character will always pity her. Usually, they become friends.

Female Wattpad bullies are very effective at making Wattpad girls feel bad about themselves and their romantic situations. This is usually a plot device used to make the friend or crush of the Wattpad girl comfort her.

Wattpad bully (f): "Cal, I LOVE your hair."
Wattpad girl (Calliope or something else quirky, shortened for effect): "Oh, thanks, Trisha! I did it-"
Wattpad bully (Trisha or smth): "Relax, Cal. You're so fugly I can't even laugh."

"Chloe is such a Wattpad bully, why does she even try anymore? smh"
