Basically the same thing as Kroger Toe or Walmart Feet, but just the dirtiness is around the sole of your foot.

Me-“Dude I’m gettin bad Walmart Heel up in here you need to mop your house!”
Person-“Keep yo shoes on and it won’t happen.”
Me-“That’s why yo floor is so damn nasty!”
