A word used to describe the unerect male genitalia. This word is generally associated with males who often display their genitals in a humorous way i.e. making their genitals wiggle. People who have wagglepoppers are generally people with no sense of humour, or people who have a very low sex drive.

"Eh love, get a load of this wagglepopper" (wiggles wagglepopper)
