A salutation expanded as With Great Regard as opposed to R (Regards), BR (Best Regards) or WSR (With Slight Regards).
Used to close an email, letter, text msg or memo to someone you respect. Meant as a manner of respect, but could also be perceived as subservient.

WGR - Wet Goat Rider
A term that can be applied to anyone boring, and therefore not exhibiting behaviour likely to gain them admiration or respect from their closest friends. Can also mean someone who rides wet goats in the literal sense.
