someone who is always worrying about the littlest things that don't even matter. they are usually women or (gay men) who care about gossiping/making fun of other people for there own amusement. they usually care about spreading gossip in a derogatory way, to make themselves seem "cool" . many rich girls are frequently wash- women, and if you are guy wash women you are most likely gay, but just don't know it yet.

"OMG. Did you hear what Tiffany said to Lauren's sisters aunts uncle?"

a term used to describe a woman (and in some cases, a man), who consistently spreads gossip.

I love how Pam always has to spread my business to Ellie. She's such a washwoman.
