someone who is always worrying about the littlest things that don't even matter. they are usually women or (gay men) who care about gossiping/making fun of other people for there own amusement. they usually care about spreading gossip in a derogatory way, to make themselves seem "cool" . many rich girls are frequently wash- women, and if you are guy wash women you are most likely gay, but just don't know it yet.
