Venephobia

The fear of veins.

Vene- Variant of veno which means vein.
Phobia- An irrational fear.

One with venephobia usually can't stand looking at their own wrists, hands, or neck, fearing of seeing their own veins and arteries.

Because of her venephobia, she can't stand working out because her veins are more visible.

vinylphobia

a phobia in which a person is highly disturbed when fingernails scratch against a vinyl surface. (the effect is the same to a vinylphobic as it would be to someone who cringes at the thought/sound/feel of fingernails scratching a chalkboard.)

Several students in class open up their vinyl folders, scratching the vinyl surface with their fingernails as they touch the folders.

The kid with vinylphobia cringes and covers his ears.

Friend 1: I changed my mind. I'm not going to be able to launch my YouTube channel. I don't think I'm pretty enough, and nobody will watch it.

Friend 2: What? You're the prettiest girl I know, and everybody likes you. You're just scared of the camera. Sounds like videophobia.
