Acting out a plot or character in public such that any witnesses, spectators or unwitting participants believe that what they see is real.

acting belligerently drunk at an otherwise boring party while only your friends know that you aren't actually shit-faced

or

disrupting a class with a petty feud between friends in which one throws a granola bar at the other for telling the teacher he was texting. This is an example of two-person urban theater because both friends were in on the act, while the rest of the class and the teacher were not
