It is a very unique name to describe an extremely wack person! He’s a type of person to say “I’m fine” even though he really isn’t in bad situations. They keep a lot of things to themselves. Uel has many emotions! Mostly a sadistic person. However, he can be an annoying, amazing, supportive friend.
