A question, used to let someone know that because of caller ID you know they called you, even though they didn't leave a message.

(Joe calls Mama, doesn't leave a message. Mama rings back.)

Joe: Hello?
Mama: U-rang-atang?
Joe: (laughs, milk shoots out of his nose)
