Twitter + witty. Everyone who uses Twitter knows that it takes something special to be able to be witty on demand. Someone who is capable of constantly producing witty 140-word sentences is thus called twitty.

Twitty is a really nice Person, they always respect you’re personal space and love to help. Sometimes people call them Twitter or bird but they don’t really mind.
