Noun. A social networking site account which is usually signed up to by people who don't undertand the consequences of using social networking. eg, posting photos of themselves drunk which could potentially prevent them getting a job.

A person who uses facebook to update not only their facebook status but their twitter status also.
A 'Facebook Twit' is obsessed with posting the same updates on both networking sights about his/her mondane activities that noone really cares about.
