A "meme" taken from a Twitter post and shared through other social media. Generally just a quote usually by an unknown person and usually attacking conservatives. Objective is to get other liberals to agree and enforce the echo chamber. Not a real meme since by definition according to Merriam Webster a Meme has an "interesting item" involved to provide context, usually a picture or video , and just quote is neither of those and provides no visual context.
