Used when future events are uncertain and friends and family will need updates.

Mom:
Text me as soon as you get there.

Kid:

Okay, I will tupdate you!

Fred: I want to know when the baby comes

Grandma Franny: Okay I will call you

Fred: NO GRANDMA. I will be in a meeting just tupdate me.

Grandma: Just what???

Updating your followers on your Twitter about something that you had mentioned earlier in your timeline. Usually associated with a hashtag

Josh "Hey, how did Matt's appointment with the urologist go?"

Jason "Not sure. He hasn't sent out a twupdate yet."
