Kids that get driven out of the inner city to the more affluent neighborhoods during Halloween, in hopes of better candy and no razor blades in their bag.

"There's not a lot of kids that live in our neighborhood, but during Halloween we sure get tons of ghetto-treaters dropped off at the corner."

Pre-Trick 'r Treaters

Kids (usually with their parents) who go around trick 'r treating before Halloween. Usually a day before.

I had some pre-trick 'r treaters knock on my door earlier, I told them to go away because they were a day early.
