A person that doesn't know when to shut up when in a group of people. That has over stayed their welcome in a conversation online and or offline. When someone makes a remark past the moment in time when the joke or conversation is over.

Water, typically following a rain storm or snow melt event, which gathers and marinates inside trash bags. Typically leaks from bottom of aforementioned trash bag during transport to curb.
