Hot Totten 

A Hot Totten is a rural, male gender equivalent of a "hot mess" (though hot mess began gender neutral; in Sydney and New Zealand it has adopted a female association). The etymology of "totten" is still unknown but is likely a surname substituted due to its rhyming nature.

In definition a Hot Mess is remaining attractive despite being disorganized or disheveled. Often a Hot Totten is used to describe a person that is successful without have any real or documented skill.

"Jim just bought a new camaro," remarked Steve.
"He's a hot totten ain't he? His Da is the one who got him that job," Bill replied.
