(Adjective). A combination of two modern slang terms, "Totes" and "Tits," to mean absolutely, completely, amazingly mind blowing.

To put emphasis on the object's or experience's awesomeness.

Person 2: It's TOTES TITS, Man!

A hyperbolically attractive female figure; literally, a female with such short stature, large breasts, and flexibility that she can touch her toes with her nipples by bending over. Usually used as an unobtainable comparison.

She's not tits to toes, but she could win Miss Universe if she wanted.

Tits and tots

A crude form of saying “women and children”.

Hey, lifeboats are for tits and tots first. You humps can swim for yourselves.

The train engineer wouldn’t blow the whistle when I did the arm pump on the platform. He yelled out the window, “You’re too old dude. The horn is for tits and tots ONLY.”
