Tomachi 

A boy who was dropped on his head as a baby in China. He is often seen grinning at anything possible so don't feel like your hilarious because he's smiling at what you said. If you find someone with this name he is usually chill, sexy, but retarded in some situations due to the drop. He claims he's not asian but is often not true.
