Togetic 

Togetic is a Fairy Flying type pokemon introduced in Pokemon Gold and Silver. It is the evolved form of Togepi, a fairy type pokemon. To evolve togepi into Togetic you need to have a high enough friendship stat, so feed it food or something. Not eggs though.

Before fairy type was introduced in generation 6 togetic was a normal flying type pokemon.

Togetic later received an evolution in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl into Togekiss.

Togetic is generally a pretty bad pokemon due to its stats and moveset but can be good with serene grace and an evolite. It's best to evolve into togekiss asap

Misty released her Togetic to protect a group of togepi.

Feeling tired but acting energetic.

Think of a little kid who you know is tired, it is well past their bedtime but they are still running around like crazy. They are tigetic.

A toetickler is someone or something who LOVES toes and being tickled. A toetickler is a very strange person or thing.

My friend likes to be referred to as the toetickler…she loves tickling toes.
