Thumb pulling is when you hold someone's hand then you both suck on your own thumbs to make it look like you are pulling / snogging

thumbpulling is the act of pulling the outer part of your middle-palate outwards to train your zygomatic bone to get a better maxilla, more defined cheekbones for hollow cheeks, and to get more forward growth on your lower jaw

Thumbpulling 

THUMBPULLING - This is the act of pulling your "palate" apart by placing your thumbs into the 2 sides of your palate in order to widen the "Maxilla", trying to replicate the effects of a "Palate Expander" in order to become a highly attractive individual. Some even try to push outwards and forward in order to gain "forward growth of the Maxilla". This was popularized by the one and only Oscar Patel, who also added on "chin tucking" while doing it to increase the pressure. Many people online have proven this method wrong, as to mimic a palate expander, you would need to do it really hard for a prolonged period of time, and need to be young, way longer than the advertised seconds and minutes that Oscar Patel and many creators mentioned.

Person 1: Hey, why are you doing that?! what is wrong with you?! why are both of your thumbs in your mouth?

Person 2: I am doing this to become a highly attractive individual as i learned online, called Thumbpulling. Even if it was disproved many times and its cope, if I pull hard and i'm young enough it will work
