When someone thinks that they are badass and from the hood, when they are really just nasty. Usually found in high school, they prosper and try to have their reputation as badass known. People who aren't completely stupid will notice that they are just nasty.

"see the guy over there with the bandana and throwing up gang signs? "

"yea, why?"

"He's not even in a gang and hasn't showered in 3 days. "
