Peope who squeegee your winshield even though 99.99% of motor vehicles have windshield wipers and washers that do the job fine. These miscreants block traffic and provide unwanted solicitation from motorists. They squeegee your windshield whether you want it or not then literally demand money. Urban trolls. Those who refused in many cases have their vehicles vandalized or get physically attacked. The Mayor and states attorney do nothing about it.
