Due to most definitions being incoherent here I’ll make a general one for those who want a proper definition.
A theater
kid generally is associated with anyone who does theater whether that be backstage or front.
These individuals are generally given a few stereotypes, most commonly of which being outcasts or misfits. Elaborating further theater
kids often carry or claim to carry some disorder whether that’s diagnosed by themselves or doctors. Furthermore they are generally perceived as carrying hyperactivity from some aforementioned disorder, or being so much of an introvert that you wonder how they even got in the theater to begin with (though the former is often more likely)
Hamilton is generally loved by them, and politically they are often left wing though more aligned to
liberal, or if lucky anarchist leftist thought. While they may counter and argue how radical they are, almost all would probably have a heart attack at any actual revolution due to their innate romanticism. This is because Theater
kids are cosmopolitans at
heart 90 percent of the
time, with rural theater
kids often having wet dreams of finally going to the cities away from their conservative
parents.
All in all while this is a generalization it is to give a broad example of what theater
kids generally fall under personality wise. It isn’t the best description, but it’s better than most I’ve seen here.
