Definition: A friend who has no segnificant other.

1.) Your best friend, who contrary to you is single.
2.) Your boyfriend's /girlfrien's best friend, who is single and is out and about to catch a new girlfriend/boyfriend.
3.) Your or your boyfriend's/girlfriend's best friend who is single and is out and about you or your segnificant other even though you or your segnificant other are in a relationship.
4.) 2.)&3.) Combined. And possibly in front of you/your segnificant other.
5.) 2.),3.)&1.) Combined.

2.) "Hey, that's Perry, Paolo's best friend, he's nice, give him a shot!"
