The Fall

One of the grittiest punk bands ever to have produced an album, The Fall (The name is derived from the Albert Camus novel) are led by Mark E. Smith, and have gone through approximately ninety-thousand different members.
This may be due to Mr. Smith's aggressive nature, and tendency to attack Radio One DJs.
Their latest album (at time of writing) is the compilation "50,000 Fall Fans Can't Be Wrong".
No. No they can't.

probably one of the most original bands that have come out in awhile. they started the genre "progcore" and now theres a lot of followers trying to do what they did. their new album Manipulator moved away from hardcore, and is just a lot of different genres, but their self-titled was more hardcore then any of their other stuff. "Phantom of the Horizon" will be due in 2008, and is based off the Ghostship Demos.
