The Kacper

(n) a colloquial locution that was founded on Friday, May 20, 2011 at around 10:05 am after a invigorating IB English class. The crux of the term lies in its second word- Kacper. Well, it's not exactly a word but rather a name - the name of a rather young, 16 year old Polish compatriot who attends AISB. To get to the point, "the Kacper" is used in describing the action of delaying or postponing a certain event or action for personal gain and/or comic value.
Context: Obama leaves a classified emergency White House meeting to take a shit.

Vice President Joe Biden: "I can't believe Barack just pulled off "the Kacper". "
