That's Fair 

An acknowledgement that an argument or opinion presented to you is reasonable in your estimation, but you have more to add to your own argument or opinion.

Equivalent in usage to "fair enough."
Bob: I prefer Vanilla ice cream.
Mike: I think Chocolate is better than Vanilla. It has a richer taste.
Bob: That's fair. I prefer Vanilla to Chocolate because it reminds me of where I grew up as a kid.

That's Fair 

1.The phrase used at the end of an argument between one or more people who know that they are talking about and one person that doesn't but still tries to convince everyone he is right. the argument, usually involving politics or religion, ends with the person or people who know what the are talking about saying "that's fair" to subtly call the other person involved a dumb ass.

2. a phrase used a lot by attorneys and others in the Law profession while discussing various aspects of a case. Mostly used to respectfully call a fellow stupid, or a dumb ass
Al: well you guys are wrong moses took all those animals on the ark because he liked them he left all the ones he hated.

Bob: That's fair, but Noah had the ark not moses.

That's not fair

A phrase Millennials love to use when they don't get what they want.
Millennial Student: I know this assignment is late, but I still did it.

Professor: I'll accept it... with a late penalty.

Millennial Student: That's not fair! I did the work, so I should get full credit!

Hate Sink 

A person you hate intensely not because they deserve such hatred but because they serve as a focus for your general hatred. A healthy way to dispense with excess animosity.
Jake's not really that big an asshole. He just serves as my hate sink.

A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.

Eternity leave 

When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.
Oh I'm sorry, you didn't know that Kelly is on eternity leave? She resigned and moved to Hawaii!

With regrets I would like to inform you that my boss is officially on eternity leave. I will never see or hear them again. Ever.
