1. The state of being in obvious pain while moving, ideally with jerky, dance-like movements, to distract yourself from it.

2. A painful byproduct of having a dance partner with two or more left feet, preferably for the Tango.
Ella stubbed her toe and proceeded to swear and hold her foot, tanguishing in agony.
