Suroundees

A person or group of people who are being surrounded, either physically or metaphorically, by another person, group, or force.

During the protest, the suroundees remained calm as police encircled the area.

Adaptation of 'sound' that makes it even more sound, -eesh or -esh can be added to almost any word to amplify it's meaning.
Commonly used in Totnes(esh) and surrounding areas.

Bob: Can I have tokes on that joint?
John: Of course
Bob: Soundeesh
Martin: Shall we go to out tonightesh?
John: Yeah man
