"Suck and buck" is the term used to describe anything that's complete shit (bad ISP for example), but charges you top dollar for the service.

Victim: Man, my Charter bundle costs over 200 dollars a month, but it keeps on having random net cut offs, shitty television service, and my email takes five years to load!
