A musical project started in 2001 in southern Louisiana. Also a word created to mean “ Individual of unlikely perseverance”. Both the creation of Aaron Paul Goings a singer, songwriter, musician and performer in southern Louisiana.

struggleberry sandwich

N: To describe a sandwich in which is made as cheaply as possible to save money. Originally coined after trying to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, only to find out there was no peanut butter in the house, and no money in the account to buy it. So it became a strawberry jam with two slices of white bread. Thus the first struggleberry sandwich was made.
