A description of mannerisms or behaviors commonly distinguished by their abjectly heterosexual, alpha male motivations. The term references character Steve Stiffler, an outspoken would-be playboy with shades of decidedly latent homosexual tendencies and a heart of gold, from the popular American Pie movie series.

In Stiffler-esque fashion, Jack decided to bring his own penis as his date to Senior Prom.
