The act of creating a human octagon by linking eight people, mouth to genital.
(Preferably used for midget wrestling or endangered animal fighting in the middle)

Another word for stop sign. It was formed by adding the word Stop to the word Octagon, which is the shape of a stop sign.

a word that can be used for a group of strange people and/or people that seem to struggle with autism and/or other mental disorders.

nevertheless, they might have other qualities.

Spentagon 

A term for the Pentagon, reflecting its incompetent spending of taxpayers money. The Spentagon continually demands more and more taxpayers money even though it cannot account for 25% of its budget.
Thus, the "Spentagon" is the very embodiment of "Big Government", eagerly supported by conservatives who claim to be against big government.

"Republicans love to criticise any flaws in social welfare and health spending, but they turn a blind eye to the Spentagon's losing trillions of dollars of taxpayers money and enormous waste."
