After tricking Sparc Mac into believing that he beat Icypolarbear 8-0 at clan wars (never did, never will), Stef West was given the role of a smiley in the Sparc Mac cc. Stef West has become so cooked within his own lie's that he has become what some people would call ‘delusional’.
