Any liquid coming out of the genital area of a female or male. Usually used when parents or other people who don't want them to know it used.

Male 1: "DUDE, last night when i was f'cking her i Spizzico all over the floor"
Male 2" "THATS CRAZY, more then last time?"
Male 1: "HELL YEAH!"
