Something that looks good, especially something formal. Derived from contracting the words spiffy and sophisticated. Essentially a one-up from spiffy and sophisticated

"Hey, look at Mateo and Diana! They really went all out for prom. They look good"
"I know right? Spiffimicated, aren't they?"
