SoviBot is an ancestor of DeBot, an PHP IRC bot framework coded by dab, SoviBot seems to be much better then it's predecessor, DeBot. Soviboo

A lot like a Wehrboo but likes soviet gear, tanks and weapons. They tend to be super defensive about how their INCERT TANK HERE WAYYYYYYYYYY better than INCERT TANK HERE because Soviet Union.
