Word used when politely interrupting a conversation while wanting to change the direction of the conversation to a more serious tone.
Guy 1: ...Then I met these two chicks and took them home.

Guy 2: Really? Then what happened?

Guy 3: Sorriously guys, you need to be careful. Those chicks looked dirty.

Usually phrased as "Stuff your sorries in a sack, mister!", it basically means "your apology is not accepted".

Originally used by the character Oscar Madison in the tv show "The Odd Couple" in the episode "Strike Up the Band... Or Else" (S5E6 October 17, 1974).

Later popularized by the character of George Costanza in the tv show "Seinfeld" in the episode "The Betrayal" (S9E8 November 20, 1997)
FELIX: I'm sorry I snapped at ya Oscar.
OSCAR: Stuff your sorries in a sack, mister!
MURRAY: Hey that's a good one Oscar!

JERRY: (To George) I said I was sorry.
GEORGE: You can stuff you sorries in a sack, mister!
JERRY: Would you please stop saying that?!

Sorri Time 

A colloquial phrase common in southern New York that is often used to reference a particularly pitiful error on the part of a particularly pitiful person who may be deserving of multiple blows from a blunt, dense object, but not tough enough to take it
Ben: I made a left-hand turn and got into an accident on Central Avenue!

Gabe: Well, Ben, I think there's a no left turn sign in that particular location
