Using a minority cause to bully around others. Such people might look like nice, helping people fighting for a just cause but their true intentions become annoyingly clear when they get a little power. In their view they can now tell everybody what to say, feel and think because initially there was a good reason.

Rando: Hey let's go to this club and have some fun!
Social Hitler: You are so egoistic and only concerned about your fun! Do you even respect women at all?

Social Hitlering 

Being a gigantic jerk over COVID 19. Ordering random people to follow arbitrary rules that you either made up or strongly believe in, and then threatening to have them arrested or fined if they continue to mind their own business and go about their lives.

Andy said he’d call the cops on Bob because Bob was driving a car without wearing a mask. Andy needs to lay off the Social Hitlering and chill out.
