being snotty is when someone is off or rude to people this often includes giving funny looks often referred to as snottys its a word that doesnt really make sense but is used a lot with the younger generation

A horrible and truly undesirable individual who is as filthy as unpleasant and is in general a nightmare to be around. At home with the scummiest of the scum in the dregs of the society, it would definitely be best for one to avoid and disassociate themselves from the snotty cunt.
