As related to a chick with an attitude problem. She's hot and she knows it, therefore, she feels it entitles her to act like an asshole.

A soulless, arrogant jerk, who is typically a supervisor of some kind.

He had that air of 'I'm better than you', and rarely acknowledged anything we said, no matter how profound. What a smugbot!
