Sleep well

A way of telling someone you love that you love them without saying it. If someone says sleep well to you they love you and want you to sleep well.

Sleep well

Something you said to someone you deeply care about in hopes that they'll manage to get some sleep, because they don't sleep enough, so you get worried.
Babe, I hope you can rest a little. Imagine I'm holding you in my arms ❤️ I want us to be okay. I'm sorry if I misunderstood the fact that you're already out. 🙂 xoxo love, sleep well

We'll sleep when we're dead.

Techie 1: How long is this call gonna last?

TD: As long as it takes. If we're here at midnight and it's not done, we keep going.

Techie 2: It's OK, we'll sleep when we're dead.

We'll sleep when we're dead.

Slogan printed on crew shirts for the US National Tour of Les Miserables. A quote from the production carpenter of the tour.
Person 1: "You guys started at midnight and went straight to 11pm that night? Don't you need to sleep?"

Person 2: "Sleep? Nah, we'll sleep when we're dead."

might as well be hung for a sheep as for a lamb

Expression used in resentment as a reason for doing something deemed unethical when one knows one is going to be accused of doing that thing anyway, particularly when there is much to be gained by doing it.
They are going to accuse me of doing nothing and/or of working and drawing the dole at the same time, so I might as well be hung for a sheep as for a lamb.

sleepwell

An affectionate way of telling someone to get lots of sleep
Basically just sleep well but with no space
Lavaarrow: Now, if you excuse me, I will now do the thing that normal humans refer too as, sleep
Naughter: Ew, can't relate
Ram: Goodnight, sleepwell
Lava: Cya
Naughter: Goodnight
Ram: Not sure why I thought sleepwell was a word
Lava: It is now

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
