When a person or situation gets jacked up because of that one other person who always seems to fubar every situation they come in contact with. But that other person is a fun loving mess so you forgive him.

We would love to go to the party, but the last time we went we got skoblared and ended up in jail.

When something (expectedly) goes horribly wrong because of someone's stupidity. Usually, just one person in the room 'Stolars' things up all the time. Synonym: Cursed.

"Oh, there he goes again! He Stolared it! There's no fixing it now." (as a kid backs his car up into a fence.)

"Don't touch it! You're gonna Stolar it. Let me handle this instead."

Legend has it this twisted drug cocktail finds its origins in the greasy ghetto of queens university. in a derelict arts majors house one insane man decided to try what everyone was joking about, a Skollarodia. The retarded cousin of a Lin Chang, the Skollarodia is composed of hash, tobacco, and most importantly cocaine. It is smoked out of a bong and lasts for an indefinite amount of time. Fair warning to potential users, u will never be the same.
