Shy/Asshole Confusion 

Coined by Larry David in the "The Acupuncturist" episode of HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm", Shy/Asshole Confusion is when one mistakes a shy person's quiet demeanor for that of an asshole.

Larry: I don't know why you call him an asshole. He's not an asshole, he's just shy.

Cheryl: No, he's not shy. He thinks he's smarter than everbody else and he sits there and he judges and he-

Larry: No, he doesn't, he's just shy! You've got shy/asshole confusion, my friend.

shy asshole syndrome 

When you go to a bathroom to take a shit, but someone else is already shitting, so you wait or go to another bathroom.

Also known as scaredy butt, cautious/shy sphincter, or covert bombing ass.

It took me 20 minutes to find a good place to shit because of my shy asshole syndrome.

I was polite today; decided to wait until after everyone left work to unleash my covert bombing ass.

Scaredy butt had to wait until we got home from the football game before he was comfortable deucing.

Shaasshole 

derogatory word used to describe of Shaant Hacikyan, lead singer of Cute Is What We Aim For, as he is often an asshole who treats people like shit and hits on 14 year old girls. A word had to be created to describe the level of his supreme douche-i-tude.
the term also may be used to describe someone as the biggest asshole possible, even if they are not Shaant.

Bobby: FUCK YOU!
Tommy: Dude, don't be such a Shaasshole.

Kid: "HEY SHAANT! CAN I GET AN AUTOGRAPH?!"
SHAANT: "hah. Keep walking."
